Semi Annual Maintenance Agreement

With our Semi-annual maintenance plan.

We will perform 2 complete system maintenances.  

Every 6 months. 

Clean the drain line with drain cleaner and vacuum.  

Wipe down the inside of the air handler cabinet and wires.

Sanitize the coil and cabinet with a microbicide and fungicide.  

Check all electrical components and connections.  

Check refrigerant pressures to make sure the system is running at optimal performance. 

Also, all maintenance customers will receive a 15% discount on repairs (if needed)
